Penny’s Poodles and Doodles cannot guarantee against general canine conditions, minor,
correctable, or breed related minor conditions, conditions that will go away, or is considered a
condition the puppy will grow out of. However in the unlikely event any conditions arise we would
like to know.
We also cannot assume any liability for any injury to the puppy after delivery, or accept
responsibility for contagious diseases diagnosed after 3 days from date of purchase.
It is highly recommended that you take your new puppy to the your vet within 72 hours of his or
her arrival to ensure your new puppies good health.
1-year replacement due to Genetic Defect
We take extensive precautionary measures to ensure that you receive a happy healthy puppy.
However, in the unlikely event that your puppy is diagnosed with a debilitating congenital defect,
we will be happy to supply a replacement or refund for a 1-year period from the purchase date.
The following conditions must be met with in one calendar year:
1. Supply of documentation from a practicing Veterinary Doctor describing the specific debilitating
genetic disorder. To be confirmed by sellers Vet.
2. Return of the Registration Documents of the animal involved.
3. The return of the puppy that is to be replaced or refunded.
