Most custom pieces take 2–3 weeks from approval to completion. This includes design consultation, multiple resin pours, curing time (24–72 hours per layer), sanding, polishing, and finishing. Rush orders may be available — just ask!

The more detail the better! Share your preferred color palette, the size and type of piece you're envisioning, any themes or inspiration images, and what the piece is for (home décor, gift, wedding, etc.). I'll work with you to refine the concept before I start pouring.

Yes — I require a 50% deposit to begin work on any custom piece. The remaining balance is due upon completion before the piece ships or is picked up. This protects both of us and ensures I can source the right materials for your vision.

I use premium, high-quality epoxy resin along with professional-grade pigments, alcohol inks, mica powders, and carefully selected inclusions like gold leaf, shells, and crystals. All materials are chosen for their durability, color vibrancy, and longevity.

My resin pieces are fully cured and non-toxic once hardened, but they are not certified food safe and should not be used as cutting surfaces or for direct food contact. They are perfect for serving boards (with a liner), decorative trays, coasters, and wall art.

Yes! I use UV-resistant resin and top coats to protect against yellowing and fading. With proper care, your piece will maintain its color and clarity for years to come.

Yes! I ship to all 50 states. Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Absolutely! Local pickup is available at Creative Collabs of Nebraska in Lincoln. Just let me know your preference when placing your order.

Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the piece and your location. I'll provide an exact shipping quote when your order is confirmed. I always aim to find the most affordable and reliable shipping option.

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged direct sunlight. Do not place hot items directly on resin surfaces — always use a trivet or coaster. With simple care, your piece will stay beautiful for years.

Minor scratches can often be buffed out with a plastic polish. For more significant damage, reach out to me directly — I may be able to assess and advise on repair options depending on the piece.
